Water is off temporarily today for some repairs to the irrigation system. Tree company ran over one of the main valves. Thank you.

There will be food trucks available for snack/lunch for the annual meeting. We will be sitting on the north lawn.

If you are having a problem with your irrigation and need the water shut off for repairs or just advice on whose responsibility it is to pay for the repair, please call the manager 970-270-1961.  We have a professional irrigation company that works for the HOA who is doing repairs on HOA owned irrigation issues.

Right now, he is working on leaks in the park irrigation. We have also had multiple leaks from the installation of fiber optics. Also, there was a large leak in the park and extended into the backyards of homeowners.  The leak was caused from Exel Energy.  The $2900 charge was paid for by the Exel Energy’s contractors. The HOA DID NOT have to pay for this.

There is an elderly gentleman making unwarranted threats regarding the irrigation.  He has not called the manager or the board with his complaints. If you are approached by this gentleman, please give him my number.

Clearworx (fiber optics) cut into the irrigation line in 2 places. Also, either Xcel or Century Link cut into a line at the park. Clearworx is supposed to fix their 2 leaks. The one at the park, we will fix and try to find out who is responsible so they can pay (Wednesday) – only effects Morning Dove. Let me know if you have questions 970-270-1961. Thank you.
